Satisfaction and Commitment Survey provides an explicit overview of both the areas that need attention in the organization as well as the strengths as an employer. The survey can provide valuable feedback on various factors that affect satisfaction (direct management, closest team, strategic management, cooperation, information flow, remuneration, work environment and arrangements, companies´ reputation etc.) and all this by different departments as well as by groups of employees.   

Satisfaction and Commitment Survey is a good input for further management decisions and organizational development while it also helps to improve the focus and boost the activities for progress.

Fontes provides comprehensive guidance and support throughout the whole research process. The Questionnaire can be completed in any electronic device in an easily accessible electronic environment. Complete anonymity and data confidentiality are guaranteed. Fontes´ standard Questionnaire has been created in cooperation with Tallinn University. We adjust it according to the clients´ needs upon request and compare with a previously conducted Satisfaction Survey.
