Forecast Survey maps the expectations of the salary market for the upcoming year.

Forecast Survey provides an overview of the current trends on the salary market, looks back at the changes that were made in the organizations on the second half of the year and sums up the plans and prognoses for the upcoming year regarding the compensation packages and human resource management.

The sample of the survey comprises the clients who have participated in our compensation surveys 2023.
